Saphe-Allah Falaneh

Saphe-Allah Falaneh joined Nora & Partners as an associate in 2022. He specializes in civil litigation, with an emphasis on medical malpractice claims defending physicians, hospitals, physician groups, and other healthcare professionals alike.

Prior to joining Nora & Partners, Mr. Falaneh was a litigation associate at two prominent Chicago defense firms where he defended insurance carriers, employers, and fortune 500 companies in product liability, toxic tort, workers compensation, and commercial dispute claims. Mr. Falaneh gained extensive experience defending dozens of depositions, attending pre-trial hearings, and drafting dispositive motions.

Mr. Falaneh was born in Chicago, Illinois. He earned his Bachelor of Political Science from Saint Xavier University. Mr. Falaneh earned his J.D. from the renowned University of Illinois College of Law Urbana Champaign. While in law school, Mr. Falaneh was a member of the Trial Advocacy Program.
