Joseph Muska

Joseph Muska joined Nora & Partners as an associate in 2021. He specializes in civil litigation, with an emphasis on medical malpractice claims. 

Mr. Muska was born in Elk Grove Village, Illinois.  He earned his Bachelor of Arts in History from the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor.  He then received his J.D. from Loyola University Chicago School of Law, magna cum laude.  While in law school, Mr. Muska was a member of the Civil Law Mock Trial team and was a staff member and Student Articles Editor for the Loyola University Chicago Law Journal.  Mr. Muska also clerked at a top-tier Chicago civil defense firm focusing primarily on medical malpractice claims, and served as a Student Adjudications Prosecutor for the Chicago Board of Education.  Mr. Muska’s experience has given him the tools necessary to competitively navigate the litigation process and best serve the interests of healthcare providers.
